The <a href=\"https:\/\/ukraine.unfpa.org\/en\/corporate-alliance\" target=\"\u201d_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener\">initiative was introduced<\/a> by the United Nations Population Fund (UNFPA) and the Center for Corporate Social Responsibility Development.  <\/p>\n<p>UNFPA works on raising awareness and promoting a society free of gender stereotypes and violence. The Declaration for Gender Equality and Prevention of Domestic Violence invites businesses to advance their corporate values, improve corporate social responsibility activities, and implement equal opportunity policies for women and men. As of now, more than 40 companies joined the Declaration.  <\/p>\n<p>By joining the Declaration, Intellias commits to adhere to its principles: <\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>implementing gender-sensitive approaches in its operations<\/li>\n<li>practicing family-friendly policies<\/li>\n<li>empowering women\u2019s rights<\/li>\n<li>creating equal employment environment and growth opportunities<\/li>\n<li>contributing to the prevention of domestic violence and the establishment of zero tolerance to all its forms.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Intellias is already demonstrating its commitment to promoting the Declaration\u2019s standards in its operations and corporate values. In 2021, the company was ranked fifth in the list of top <a href=\"https:\/\/ukraine.unfpa.org\/uk\/BADVGE_rate\" target=\"\u201d_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener\">50 family-friendly companies<\/a> in Ukraine by UNFPA. Intellias was featured in the report as the company that adheres to the principles of gender equality in its corporate culture and work processes and helps employees maintain a healthy work-life balance. <\/p>\n<p>Previously, Intellias has also announced it had joined the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unglobalcompact.org\/\" target=\"\u201d_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener\">United Nations Global Compact<\/a> initiative \u2014 a voluntary leadership platform for developing, implementing, and disclosing responsible business practices. Joining the UN Global Compact demonstrates Intellias readiness to align its operations and strategies with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.unglobalcompact.org\/what-is-gc\/mission\/principles\" target=\"\u201d_blank\u201d\" rel=\"noopener\">ten universally accepted principles<\/a> in the areas of human rights, labor, the environment, and anti-corruption, and to take action in support of UN goals and issues embodied in the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
