Migration to modern technologies also future-proofed the iGaming company<\/a>, giving it a stronger competitive position.<\/p>\n Our client is an international group offering iGaming services in Europe and Latin America. With both offline and online gaming options, the company provides diverse entertainment experiences. In its four decades of operation, it has grown into a multi-channel iGaming service with thousands of customers.<\/p>\n <\/div> \n <\/div>\n The client was struggling with limitations of an outdated payment system that did not meet customers\u2019 expectations and hindered growth. The legacy system was built on outdated technology that was no longer supported.<\/p>\n The existing code which the organization had adopted in the client\u2019s environment showed substandard efficiency, lacking the capacity required to handle increasing workloads. In addition, the overall business logic needed to be revised and unified.<\/p>\n At the same time, our client encountered problems with monitoring and logging in the legacy payment system, causing a lack of transparency and traceability.<\/p>\n <\/p>\n After analyzing the client\u2019s legacy payment system and isolating the issues affecting its performance and impairing customer trust and loyalty, Intellias designed a transformation strategy aimed at increasing payment process efficiency.
